Nougat cup cake with summer fruits

I love these beautiful late summer days! With their golden sunlight and the first soul food that heralds autumn. To celebrate this transitional period to the fullest, I have the perfect recipe for you. A wonderfully fluffy nougat cup cake with summer fruits. Prepared with the aromatic Michel cocoa and served in this pretty cup. Here’s the whole recipe for you to feel good about!

Ingredients:

  • 50 g flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3 g baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 10 g Michel cocoa
  • 1 egg
  • 40 g melted butter
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp nougat (coarsely chopped)

For the decoration, the following are good:

Blackberries , nectarines, peaches, nougat pieces

Preparation:

Mix the flour with the sugar, baking powder, salt and cocoa in a bowl. Add the egg, butter and milk and mix until smooth. Fold in the nougat chips. Pour the finished batter into a large cup and bake in the microwave for about 2 minutes. Decorate with summer fruits and extra nougat if desired.
