Cheesecake or baked apple?
Hmmm, cheesecake or baked apples …? Cheesecake OR baked apples?
Why choose between these two delicacies when you can have both together? Yes, that’s right: both together! A baked apple with winter chocolate cheesecake filling. We can hear you smacking your lips already, you little foodies. With the Hot Winter Organic Drinking Chocolate Powder, you can conjure up a very, very, very special winter chocolate flavor in your baked apple and cheesecake creation.
The specified quantities are enough for 4 medium apples
Ingredients:
- 4 medium apples
- 250 g curd cheese
- 60 g sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 2 heaped tablespoons Becks cocoaTM Edelkakao Hot Winter
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons flaked almonds
Preheat oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat.
Preparation:
First of all, remove the cores from the apples. To do this, cut off the “lid” just below the stem and set aside. Then remove the core. This is best done with an apple corer. I always put the apples in a small baking dish so they stay nice and still.
Mix the above ingredients, without apples of course, together to a homogeneous mass. After stirring, fill the apples with the mixture and put the lid back on.
Now put the filled apples with the baking dish into the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Enjoy lukewarm.
