3 tbsp sugar (or honey/agave syrup)
1 packet vanilla sugar
150 ml strong coffee or espresso
100 g ladyfingers
2 tbsp Becks cocoa Criollo
1 tsp cocoa nibs or chocolate shavings (decoration)
optional: a little Amaretto or rum
Preparation:
Mix the mascarpone, quark, sugar, and vanilla sugar until creamy.
Pour the coffee (with optional Amaretto) into a shallow bowl.
Dip the ladyfingers briefly (not too long, otherwise they will fall apart).
Layer the glasses:
Ladyfingers at the bottom
Then cream
Sift some cocoa powder over the top
Repeat until the glass is almost full.
Finish with a layer of cream, sift thick Criollo cocoa powder on top.
Decorate with cocoa nibs, chocolate shavings, or small edible flowers.
