We source our beans directly from the countries of origin and process them locally in Bavaria using particularly gentle methods. Our natural cocoa is not alkalised and is full of natural nutrients and flavours. You can taste the difference from the very first sip: light in colour, full of flavour, simply authentic. With a fat content of 16%, it is lightly de-oiled but packed with healthy fats, antioxidants and minerals that boost your heart, brain and mood.

We work directly with producers who are organic, fair and sustainable, and each bean brings its own unique flavour from around the world. For over 20 years, our premium cocoa has been synonymous with authentic flavour and valuable nutrients such as magnesium and iron, which support your muscles, bones and immune system.
