Our cocoa tiramisu in a glass combines creamy mascarpone, light and airy sponge fingers, and a delicate hint of cocoa to create a refreshing dessert that not only tastes heavenly but is also incredibly photogenic. Perfect for hot days, picnics in the park, or as a sweet ending to a balmy summer evening.<\/p>\n<p>Layer by layer, you can conjure up a little summer highlight that will delight guests and family alike \u2013 and it&#8217;s child&#8217;s play to prepare. Bring summer straight into your glass!<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients (for 4 glasses):<\/h3>\n<p>200 g mascarpone<br \/>\n200 g quark (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version)<br \/>\n3 tbsp sugar (or honey\/agave syrup)<br \/>\n1 packet vanilla sugar<br \/>\n150 ml strong coffee or espresso<br \/>\n100 g ladyfingers<br \/>\n2 tbsp Becks cocoa Criollo<br \/>\n1 tsp cocoa nibs or chocolate shavings (decoration)<br \/>\noptional: a little Amaretto or rum<\/p>\n<h4>Preparation:<\/h4>\n<p>Mix the mascarpone, quark, sugar, and vanilla sugar until creamy.<br \/>\nPour the coffee (with optional Amaretto) into a shallow bowl.<br \/>\nDip the ladyfingers briefly (not too long, otherwise they will fall apart).<br \/>\nLayer the glasses:<br \/>\nLadyfingers at the bottom<br \/>\nThen cream<br \/>\nSift some cocoa powder over the top<br \/>\nRepeat until the glass is almost full.<br \/>\nFinish with a layer of cream, sift thick Criollo cocoa powder on top.<br \/>\nDecorate with cocoa nibs,
